At The Quay Gallery, we do everything possible to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below:
Returns Period
Returns are allowed within 30 days from the date of dispatch by The Quay Gallery. Please ensure that your return is postmarked within this period to qualify.
Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns for items that have been damaged in transit. Items that are not damaged during shipping will not be eligible for return.
Purchaser Responsibility
Returns must be made by the original purchaser. We do not accept returns from third parties.
Exchange or Refund
For items damaged in transit, you can choose either a like-for-like exchange or a full refund. Please specify your preference when contacting us.

Return Shipping Costs
We will refund the cost of return shipping via Royal Mail 1st Class. Please obtain a postage receipt and provide us with a copy by email.
